I have been Dr. Isaacs' patient for many years. He is a perfectionist and will make sure to take all the proper steps to care for my teeth. I started with cavities and had a root canal in 2013. Since then, with his guidance, my teeth have been in tip top shape.

I was referred by a friend to Dr. Isaacs after my regular dentist sold his practice. With so many dentists on the Westside, I wasn't thrilled to have to drive into the valley from WLA to see a dentist...but am glad I did!

My teeth cleanings have always been done by either a dentist or dental hygienist. Dr. Isaacs is a periodontist, and I've always felt his cleanings have been more thorough than those I've previously had. He's also given me way more very helpful information about my tooth and gum care than anyone else. When getting my teeth cleaned from someone new, I'm always concerned about their hands. Are they gentle or heavy handed? I've now had my teeth cleaned 3 times by Dr. Isaacs and have never been in pain or felt uncomfortable. And he's always told me to let him know immediately if I experience any pain.

My previous dentist had for several years tried to talk me into getting a crown for a troublesome molar. I put him off because I easily tolerated the occasional discomfort...and wasn't in the mood to spend $1500. Dr. Isaacs looked at the tooth and felt confident he could fix it with a new filling. He did, and it's been fine for well over a year so far. And I save $1000+!

We're fortunate that in the greater Los Angeles we're surrounded by hundreds and hundreds of health care professionals from which to choose. Some, while very competent and highly regarded, are rude, arrogant or otherwise not very nice. I see doctors as providing a service for which I pay, and I refuse to pay for arrogant, rude or otherwise not nice service.

I've read some of the Yelp reviews, both 5 star and 1 star. All I can say that is that in the last nearly 2 years I've been a patient of Woodman Dental Care, I've had nothing but positive experiences, both with the front desk and a very Dr. Isaacs.
